Presentation Day 2020

You are invited to watch the video of Grahamstown Public School’s 2020 Presentation Day.
Unfortunately, Covid-19 restrictions have made it too complicated to enable parents and guests on site, so the Port Stephens Principal Network have all agreed that filming the celebration ceremonies for families to enjoy is the best option.
This wonderful celebration will take place on Monday December 14 (Week 10). Videos of the events will be posted on the school website with links on our Facebook page and Class Dojo before the end of the day, these will not be posted live. The 3-6 celebration of achievement will begin at 9.30am and the K-2 celebration is programmed to begin at 12.00pm.
Over the coming weeks, teachers will be contacting parents to let them know if their child is receiving an award and to gain permission for them to be filmed. If a child does not have permission to be filmed, arrangements will be made to accommodate this. When the filming ends, any child not to be filmed will receive their award with their peers and teachers still present.
We know that this will be a very different kind of celebration than the one we are all used to, but we are looking forward to celebrating some wonderful achievements in what has been a very challenging year.
